Boat Rentals

*All operators of the boats must be 18 years of age or older and provide a valid driver’s license.
* NO Pet Policy – no pets allowed on the boat.
* In the event the craft is not returned at time specified herein, you agree to pay for OVERTIME AT THE RATE OF $2.00/MINUTE LATE CHARGE PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL LOSS OF RENTAL INCOME AND FEES DUE TO YOU BEING LATE.
* Rentals cannot be beached and must stay at least 300′ from all shore lines, docks, or other boats. Docking at any unauthorized location is subject to a $50-200 additional fee. 
* All reservations have a NO RESCHEDULE POLICY. Once the boat is booked for a day and time it cannot be rescheduled for another time or day.
* All reservations have a ZERO CANCELLATION POLICY – Many storms blow over within an hour or two so be prepared and remain flexible. Once your reservation has been made – BOATS GO OUT RAIN OR SHINE. 
*IF THERE IS A THUNDERSTORM – lightning or thunder – Only the Anchor Inn & Marina Dockmaster can cancel, or credit back time, for a reservation due to unsafe lake conditions.  Determination of reimbursement will be granted at the discretion of the Anchor Inn and Marina Dockmaster at the end of the time of your boat rental period.
*In the event that the boat you reserved becomes broken, or is out of order or unavailable for your reservation day/time, we reserve the right to substitute a boat of equal or greater value for your reservation.
* Fuel is not included in the price of the rental. All rentals must be refueled at our dock when returned. Cash is the only form of payment accepted for refueling. 
* NO OVERNIGHT DOCKING IN ANOTHER LOCATION – BOATS MUST BE RETURNED AT 8PM EACH EVENING EVEN WITH MULTI-DAY AND WEEKLY RENTALS – *Docking at any unauthorized location is subject to a $50-200 additional fee.  **If you want to keep one of our boats at your dock – you must contact us ahead of your reservation and ask that we inspect your boat lift so we know whether it is adequate for the boat you want to rent. Only adequate authorized boat lifts will be accepted as an alternate location for docking the boat.

*PLEASE arrive for your boat/jetski rental at least 15 minutes ahead of your starting time.
*You do NOT need a boating license to operate a boat or jetski through our rental shop.
*YES children and babies count each as a person for the boat maximum occupancy.
*YES we provide life jackets for the boat/jetski.
*We only take reservations for 4 hours or more on boat/jetski rentals. You may make the reservation online here, or call our office, 607-535-4159.
*You may rent a boat/jetski for a minimum of 2 hours, but we do not offer that reservation service online or by phone, that’s our standard policy. Anything less than 4 hours you will need to walk in to our office or Tiki Bar, at 3425 Salt Point Road, Watkins Glen, NY

* All boat operators must sign a Waiver before paying for and operating the boat.

**Your online reservation will include an EMAIL which is sent to you with a link for you to read and sign your Waiver before you arrive. Each person operating the boat is required to give a valid drivers license, and sign the Waiver. Signing this ahead of time saves you time when you arrive.

MOTORIZED – pricing is +tax + gas
(Gas is paid for in cash at the dock. Boats go out with a full tank and you pay for the gas you have used when you return it.) Current price for nonEthinol marine grade gas is $4.25 (pricing subject to change)
Pontoon Boats –
24′ Bennington – 11 passengers – $150 2 hours
21′ Pontoon – 10 passengers – $150 2 hours
20′ Sweetwater – 10 passengers – $120 2 hours
Tritoon Boats –
21′ Tritoon – 10 passengers – $150 2 hours
Deck Boats –
19′ Sport Deck – 10 passengers $120 2 hours
Fishing Boat –
16′ Aluminum Fishing Boat – 4 passengers $140 4 hours
NON-MOTORIZED
Kayaks –
Single person – $30 2 hours
Double person – $40 2 hours
Paddle Boards –
Single person – $30 2 hours
Canoe –
Three person – $40 2 hours
